

Shane Davie
6th-12th Dean of Instruction
Shane joined The Lincoln Academy in August 2021 as a high school social studies teacher and later transitioned into his role as Dean of Instruction 6th–12th. He brings a strong background in classroom teaching and is deeply committed to supporting both staff and scholars through rigorous, engaging instruction and a school culture rooted in positive relationships.In addition to his administrative duties, Shane has served as Head Cross Country Coach, JV Girls Basketball Coach, and Varsity Baseball Coach.
A proud Beloit native, Shane holds an A.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Rock County, dual bachelor’s degrees in Secondary Education and Political Science with a minor in History from UW–Parkside, and an M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from UW–Madison.
Prior to his career in education, he served nearly a decade in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces member, completing multiple overseas deployments and earning the Air Force Commendation Medal for distinguished service. Shane’s combination of military discipline, educational expertise, and dedication to scholar success informs his approach to leadership at The Lincoln Academy.
Shane enjoys attending SkyCarp games, golfing at Krueger-Haskell and other local golf courses, working out, and spending quality time with his wife, four children, two cats, and their Terrier, Louie.
