Ryan Anderson

Dean of Scholars - K4-5th Grades

Ryan Anderson joined The Lincoln Academy in July 2021 as the Dean of Scholars K4–5th. He is passionate about supporting the youngest scholars as they begin their educational journeys, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and habits needed to become happy, productive, and engaged members of society. Ryan is committed to fostering a positive, nurturing, and academically rigorous environment where all scholars can thrive.

Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from Concordia University and is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity. Before joining The Lincoln Academy, he served eight years as the first Behavior Specialist for his local school district. He also worked as a graduation coach and liaison for the McKinney-Vento program, supporting homeless youth, where his efforts contributed to a 94% graduation rate for students that year.

A lifelong Beloit resident, Ryan is deeply invested in the community and its youth. He is a state track champion and has dedicated his career to empowering young people in his hometown. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys running, spending time with family, and cherishing moments with his grandson.
