Robert Cieplewski

Robert Cieplewski joined The Lincoln Academy staff in August of 2021 as a 9th-grade Math teacher. He created a welcoming and academically driven classroom for his scholars. His passion for his scholars and to always demand the best of them will undoubtedly result in scholars living choice filled lives.

Robert Cieplewski graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Health Promotion and Wellness Degree. Robert started his career in education as a paraprofessional at a public high school in Milwaukee. Over the years Robert transitioned into a special education teacher role and helped 85% of his scholars on his caseload graduate high school. Robert also coached football and was able to see many of his football players have an opportunity to further their education.

Robert was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended a public high school in Milwaukee where he was a letter winner in football and baseball. He went on to play football at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Robert enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
