Robert Cieplewski

Dean of Scholars - 6th-12th Grades

Robert Cieplewski joined The Lincoln Academy in August 2021 as a 9th Grade math teacher. He is passionate about creating a welcoming and academically rigorous classroom where scholars are challenged to reach their full potential. Robert believes in fostering a culture of high expectations, encouraging every scholar to grow academically, socially, and personally so they are prepared for a choice-filled life.

Robert earned his degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. He began his career in education as a paraprofessional at a public high school in Milwaukee and later transitioned to a special education teaching role. During his tenure, he supported scholars on his caseload to achieve a high graduation rate of 85 percent. Robert also coached football, providing mentorship and guidance that helped many student athletes pursue higher education opportunities.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Robert attended a public high school where he was a letterwinner in football and baseball and went on to play football at UW–Stevens Point. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending quality time with family and friends. He brings his dedication to scholar success and a strong commitment to mentorship every day to The Lincoln Academy team.
