Marc Anderson

Marc Anderson joined The Lincoln Academy as Director of Technology in May 2021, sharing the school’s vision of providing K–12 scholars with a foundation for happy, choice-filled lives upon graduation. He brings more than 30 years of experience as a technology leader, including leading technical support teams at software companies, financial services firms, and, most recently, as Information Technology Director for an urban charter school network.

At The Lincoln Academy, Marc has built a robust and reliable technology infrastructure that supports teaching, learning, and administrative operations. He oversees network systems, hardware, software, and digital learning platforms, ensuring seamless integration across all classrooms and offices. Known for his creative problem-solving, Marc develops innovative solutions to technical challenges, implements best practices for IT security and efficiency, and provides high-quality support to both scholars and staff. His work ensures that technology empowers students to explore, create, and succeed in a modern learning environment.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He lives in Beloit with his husband, son, and their dogs Roscoe and Archie. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
