

Janae Gile
Principal
Janae Gile is a dedicated and compassionate school administrator with over 20 years of experience fostering scholar growth, staff development, and positive school culture. She is known for her commitment to preparing scholars for a choice-filled life by supporting both academic excellence and personal development.
Janae earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, and completed two Educational Specialist degrees in Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision from National Louis University and the University of Wisconsin–Superior. Throughout her career, she has served as a school counselor, principal, and Director of Academics & Innovation, consistently focusing on scholar and staff engagement, instructional practices, and professional development for educators and administrators.
She has led initiatives emphasizing relationship-building, scholar well-being, and achievement, and believes that a positive school culture built on trust and respect is essential for academic, social, and emotional growth. Janae collaborates closely with families, teachers, and the broader community to cultivate an inclusive, joy-filled learning environment. She has presented at the state level on school-based mental health services, safe school practices in partnership with local law enforcement, and training adults statewide in the Youth Mental Health First Aid framework.
Outside of school, Janae enjoys water activities, exploring trails with her German Shepherd, and spending quality time with her husband and three children.
