

Cally Baroni
Dean of Instruction K4-5th
Cally Baroni joined The Lincoln Academy in 2021 as a 2nd Grade teacher and now serves as the Dean of Instruction K4–5th. She is passionate about teaching, learning, and helping scholars reach their full potential, reflecting The Lincoln Academy’s commitment to putting children first. Cally believes that every scholar can achieve at a high level when provided with quality instruction in a supportive and caring environment. In her role, she equips teachers and staff with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to create productive, engaging learning experiences for all scholars.
Cally earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in ESL and Natural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in 2014. She completed her Master of Arts in Education with Principal and Director of Instruction Licenses through Viterbo University in 2025. Her teaching experience includes three years in The School District of Beloit as a 6th and 2nd Grade teacher, and four years at a charter school in Woodburn, Oregon, where she taught ESL, Kindergarten, and 3rd Grade.
A Rock County native, Cally resides in Beloit to support the local community and the children and families of The Lincoln Academy. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, experimenting with healthy recipes, and spending quality time with her family.
