Amber Aulozzi is the Chief Operations Officer for The Lincoln Academy, bringing over 12 years of administrative experience in high-performing charter school networks. Amber is an accomplished educational leader, including previously serving as Chief Academic Officer at another high-performing charter network.
Known for her transparent leadership style, she prioritizes effective communication, strategic feedback, and conflict resolution to strengthen school culture. Amber brings expertise in coordinating school assessments, analyzing instructional data, and evaluating online learning platforms to improve scholar outcomes. Her leadership experience also includes guiding Academic Deans, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and developing curriculum maps aligned to academic goals.
At The Lincoln Academy, Amber’s leadership extends to operational oversight and planning school events, with a focus on creating supportive, transparent, and high-performing learning environments. She is committed to placing children first and driving positive change that enhances academic outcomes.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from National Louis University and has extensive experience in operational leadership and monitoring Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to help every scholar succeed. In her personal time, Amber enjoys traveling to broaden her cultural perspectives and enrich her life experiences.
