

Priscilla El-Amin
6th - 12th Grade Principal
Priscilla El-Amin joined The Lincoln Academy team July of 2021 as the founding Principal. Priscilla is an educator who embodies the core values of putting our Children First and Getting It Done. Her grounding principle is that all scholars can succeed and it is our responsibility to provide them with the foundation and tools they need to be successful. She is prepared to lead our staff to aid in implementing solid curriculum, a strong school culture, and ongoing coaching and support for our educators.
Priscilla served as a Middle School Assistant Principal from 2019-2021. Prior to her time as an Assistant Principal, she worked as a district math coach in both primary and secondary mathematics for 2 years. Her classroom experience includes 5 years as a second grade teacher working within a Dual Language program with students with disabilities and students who are English Learners. In addition to her role as a classroom teacher, she also was an innovation liaison, math liaison, reading and math interventionist and specialist, and participated in curriculum alignment for Science and Math.
Priscilla holds a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Education and Youth Studies from Beloit College. She has also earned a Masters of Science in Education - Educational Administration from UW Superior and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction - Math Intervention from UW Oshkosh.
Priscilla moved to Beloit during high school, which is where she met her husband, a Beloit native. They have two children.
Outside of educating scholars, Priscilla enjoys reading, dancing, and singing. She is an advocate of Sickle Cell Awareness.
